Our Story
Bari Café is our family-run business recently opened in the town of Cahersiveen on the Ring of Kerry. We opened the doors at the beginning of November 2021 to a very warm welcome from the locals.
Amanda, the Head Chef, and co-owner is a classically trained chef originally from Cape Town, South Africa. There she owned and operated her first award-winning café and delicatessen called Saucisse Boutique Deli, located in the Old Biscuit Mill district of Cape Town.
The food offering at Bari Café is a mixture of refreshed café classics and unique breakfast, brunch, and lunch selections.;’ We love adding fresh flavors to our food and influences from the Mediterranean are seen throughout the menu.
Our meals are prepared using the freshest ingredients which are sourced from local Irish producers where possible. You will also find vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options throughout our menu. Looking for something sweet rather? Then we have you sorted with our daily selection of cakes, croissants, scones, and muffins.
Our delicious small batch roasted coffee is supplied by Killarney Coffee Roasters and if you’re not into coffee then the Skellig hot chocolate is a chocolate lover must!
The design of the café is light and fresh with our distinctive pink and green colors taking center stage. Come in and sit at our window seat and watch the world go by. Use our complimentary wi-fi and work from our café or bring the entire family for breakfast or lunch. We cater to all group sizes.
We also provide off-site catering for your special family event; birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, communions, etc.
